Wix guide
Your voice notes on Wix, no code
Wix isolates code added in posts, which stops the embedded player from working reliably. The listening link works everywhere: one button, and readers hear the author.

Frequently asked questions
Why not the player inside the post?
Wix renders custom code in posts inside an isolated frame on a different domain. The player checks the domain and the frame resizes: the result isn't reliable. The listening link avoids these problems.
Is the listening link public?
Only if you turn it on, note by note. You can turn it off at any time.
